Frequently Asked Questions

If there is anything that is not on our online shop or any food you would like to order that is not showing on the shop part of the site – please email martin.essex@btconnect.com or phone us on 01271 814733. We can then arrange to deliver or order (if not already in stock) and deliver it for you by courier/mail or ourselves if within our delivery area.

We can order most items within a week if they are not in stock at the time of the order. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery from time of order. We can take payment online by Paypal or over the phone by card machine or for local deliveries we can pick up cash or cheque on delivery if it is easier.
