Postage & Packing

Postage & packing is £1.50. Items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail First Class Post.

Some larger or heavier items will be subject to alternative postage costs of up to £10.00 to cover the additional Royal Mail postage charges. Postage is stated in 'Your Shopping Cart' page, below the 'Subtotal'. Heavier or larger items will also display the alternative cost in your 'Your Shopping Cart' page.

Out of Stock

Top 'n' Tails will make every effort to contact you should the specific item you require be out of stock. We will email you at the address provided to advise you when the item will be in stock. We will also offer you an alternative, similar selection, should your original selection be unavailable. As a final resort, we will of course, offer you a full refund.

We respect your privacy and will only contact you by telephone if: a) there is no there is no other way to contact you, and b) you have provided a telephone contact in the 'optional' field in the Paypal checkout.

Damage or Late Delivery

Top 'n' Tails will ensure that each item is packed securely and appropriately. Please contact us if your product arrives damaged or fails to be delivered (unless we have already contacted you with an 'out-of-stock' or alternative selection query).

We accept no responsibility for damage or complications resulting from postal delays or strike action. Delivery to the correct address is incumbent on the customer to provide a full and accurate postal address with appropriate regional post code.

Right of cancellation and returns policy
You have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 14 days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons.

To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to return the goods bought online within a 14-day period to:

We must request that you return goods at your own cost. If your return goods were bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.

Faulty goods are also fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and extra costs. Please inform us within the first 2 days of arrival of faulty goods.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.

Conclusion of the contract
Before submitting your order, Paypal offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, payment method and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.

Once you have gone through the ordering process with Paypal, by entering the details as prompted, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from Top 'n' Tails' by clicking on the button "Submit order".

This offer is accepted (and the contract thereby concluded) by dispatching the goods you ordered. The contract is therefore brought about when the goods you ordered are dispatched.

The details of your order are electronically stored. If you would like a printed copy, you can print out the "Order confirmation" which will be automatically sent by Paypal to your email address provided, once you have submitted your order.

Reservation of ownership
All goods remain unqualified property of "Top 'n' Tails" until payment has been received in full.

Failure to Pay
Should your credit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.

Images
Please be aware that product images depicted on the Top 'n' Tails website are 'only' a representation of the product, and may not be the true or most recent packaging style or format used. Where there are a variety of colours and styles for a single product, not all may be displayed. Top 'n' Tails reserves the right to amend or alter any of the images at any time. Top 'n' Tails accepts no responsibility for any purchasing error resulting from a manufacturer's packaging change or ambiguity / quality of image displayed. The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with UK law. All points of these terms and conditions remain valid, even if one of the above points is invalid.
